Embodied Presence Guide
I work with people who sense there is more to life than thinking about it. People who feel scattered, tense, or disconnected, and long to feel safe, grounded, clear, and fully alive. My work begins with a simple invitation:
Come home to your body and senses. Arrive in Presence. I call this Awakened Sensing.
Awakened Sensing is the gentle return of attention from constant thinking to the living intelligence of the body. As sensing awakens, Presence is no longer an idea to understand—it becomes a direct experience. From that place, clarity, vitality, peace, and the joy of being naturally emerge.
Your body is not something to overcome.
It is a sacred doorway.
Rooted in transpersonal psychology, sixteen years of guiding people through profound transformation, fascia-focused bodywork, meditation, sacred movement, spontaneous sound through singing bowl and piano, and my own near-death experience, my work honours the body as the place where awareness becomes lived experience.
Again and again, I have witnessed unexpected ease, natural realignment, and deep transformation when awareness leads.
Through one-to-one sessions and intimate retreats, meditation, fascia-focused touch, sacred movement, sound, and quiet guidance become invitations to awaken sensing—to return home to the body, where Presence can be directly experienced.
When life feels heavy, your body knows.
The mind may never stop trying to solve, explain, or protect.
Meanwhile, the body quietly carries stress, tension, grief, fear, and patterns that words alone cannot always reach.
Even after years of personal growth, therapy, learning, or spiritual practice, something may still feel unfinished.
Not because something is wrong with you.
But because the body is waiting to be included.
Here, the body is honoured as a sacred doorway.
As attention returns to the body and senses, Presence naturally reveals itself. From this place, deeper truth can be felt, the soul continues to grow, and wise, compassionate action arises with greater ease.
This is the path of Awakened Sensing.
