I work closely with people who sense there is more to life than thinking about it, people who feel scattered, tense, or disconnected and long to feel safe, grounded, clear, and fully alive.
Rooted in transpersonal psychology, years of hands‑on touch, a personal sacred‑dance journey, spontaneous sound with singing bowl and piano, a near‑death experience, and sixteen years of guiding people through profound shifts, my work honours the body as a sacred doorway. Again and again, I’ve witnessed unexpected ease and natural realignment when awareness leads.
Through one‑to‑one sessions and intimate retreats, I guide attention home to breath, body, and senses. Meditation, fascia‑focused touch, sacred movement, sound, and quiet guidance become doorways into the still space beneath thought and experience.
